Cancellation and Refund Policies
Winter Break Camp
- The fee includes a non-refundable deposit of $100 for the registration process. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client. It will be refunded if the camp cancels the registration.
- The camp fee will be refunded at 100% in the case of a cancellation more than 61 days before the start of the camp.
- A 75% refund will be given for cancellations made between 45 and 60 days before the start of the camp.
- 50% of the cost of the stay will be refunded in the case of a cancellation between 31 and 44 days before the start of the stay.
- No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay.
- In the case of a cancellation before the beginning of the stay for health reasons with the confirmation of a doctor, the stay fee will be refunded.
- The fees will not be refunded if the participant does not show up for the camp or if he or she leaves for reasons other than illness. In the case of a departure before the end of the stay due to health reasons or in the event that the camp expels the participant, the camp will reimburse the portion of the stay not consumed by keeping, as a penalty, the lesser of the following amounts: $50 or 10% of the price of the service that was not consumed by the client.
Summer Camp
